Hotel Policy:

  • Bill Settlement: Bills must be paid upon presentation; personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Luggage and Belongings: Management holds the right to retain or auction guest belongings for unpaid dues.
  • Luggage Storage: Storage is at the guest’s risk and limited to 30 days.
  • Guest Belongings: Secure valuables in provided lockers; management is not liable for losses.
  • Pets: Not permitted on the premises.
  • Prohibited Items: Hazardous goods, contraband, weapons, and gambling are strictly forbidden.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
  • Conduct: Guests must behave respectfully. Management reserves the right to remove disruptive guests.
  • Rights: Guests do not acquire tenancy rights; management retains full control of the premises.
  • Compliance: Guests must follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in rooms without prior permission and may incur extra charges.

Privacy Policy:
  • Check-In: Guests must present valid ID for verification.
  • Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by the designated time. Late check-out depends on availability and incurs charges.
Hotel policy :

1. The Management is unable to take responsibility for valuable or money left in you
Room/Suite and recommend you avail yourself of the safe custody service provide by the
hotel.
 
2. Customers will have to pay the three time of market value of the articles that might be
broken or damaged during their stay and the decision of the Management in regard to the
value shall be final and binding.
 
3. Please do not label or picture on the wall and furniture if do so the polishing & furnishing charges should be paid by the customer.
 
4. Room Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
 
5. The Management reserves the right of admission.
 
6. Advance will not be refunded if the room / suit is not occupied or as per the cancellation
policy.
 
7. Customers are strictly prohibited using any part of the premises for illegal or improper use.
 
8. Do not wash your cloths inside the room, please call Laundry Services.
 
9. Visitors are not allowed in the room, for any reason whatsoever should be obtain permission
from reception and they are treated as extra person.
 
10. All bills are payable on presentation.
 
11. Cheques are not accepted.
 
12. Part of the day will be reckoned as full day.
 
13. Account must be settled before vacating the rooms.
 
14. Outside Food & Beverages and delivery services are not allowed inside the premises. For any clarifications, please contact at the reception.

All dispute is subject to Mattannur jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Guests are requested to cancel reservation within the stipulated period as mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

Individual Bookings:

1. No charges If cancelled 48hrs before the check-in date.

2. 50% charges If cancelled 24hrs before the check-in date, after that 100% will be charged.

3. No refunds for unused nights / early check-out / non-refundable bookings / special rates bookings.

4. No refunds for cancellation during peak season period.

5. No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains/ ferries or road blocks due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances, etc.

Group Bookings:

6. Above cancellation policy not applicable for Group Booking, 100% refundable or no charges if the booking cancelled before 15 days of the check-in date.

The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room category may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel. Arrival and Departure Policy A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
