Kindly take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions along with our Cancellation Policy mentioned below. Kindly Note due to our small inventory in operations we have to strictly adhere to the policies mentioned below & there would be no exceptions even in a case of an emergency.
Any of the genders would include the other two genders.
Natural persons include created entities (corporate and unincorporated)
Invitee shall mean any person who is not residing at Birds Nest Resort but has been invited by a guest(s) residing at Birds Nest Resort.
Guest (s) is any person residing at Birds Nest Resort and is at least of 18 years of age. In addition any invitee visiting the residing guest is considered as signing the terms and conditions at the time of his visit to Birds Nest Resort.
Check-in time is 01:00 pm & Check-out time is 11:00 pm. If guests need access to rooms before 01:00 pm, the management needs to be well informed about early Check-in and a late Check-out. Last minute amendment may call for an extra charge.
Every guest(s) agree to pay Birds Nest Resort 100% in advance, the room rate as determined by the resort for the period of residence.
Every guest(s) agrees to pay the resort no later than the time of departure (unless is in written from the management) any food, beverage, any other commodity, service charges and /or any other such state or central taxes and levies payable by the guest(s) to Birds Nest Resort as determined by the resort.
Every guest(s) is liable to pay for the damages caused to Birds Nest Resort on account of any act, omission or negligence of the guest(s).
Every guest must acknowledge that the room rates may be subject to change without prior notice.
Birds Nest Resort management reserves right to admission.
Indemnity:
Every guest(s) acknowledges on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party or his invitees of the guest(s) are fully aware of and appreciate the real dangers and risks that are associated with residing at Birds Nest Resort considering the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects and the attendant real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and or loss to property which may arise as a result of encounter with the above mentioned presence of animals whilst on the premises or property of Birds Nest Resort.
Every guest(s) acknowledges on his behalf and on the behalf of his accompanying party including any minors who may be a part of the accompanying party are well acquainted, fully aware of the nature of the structure of the residence, public areas and rooms at Birds Nest Resort and the risk involved in living in such structures which are at a height of 25-30 feet above ground and the attendents real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and or loss to property which may arise in the event of careless and/or reckless behaviour on part of the guest(s) or invitees while residing at Birds Nest Resort.
Every guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees here by waive all claims or claim of whatsoever cause or nature howsoever arising and hereby indemnifies and continues to indemnify and hold harmless and free, Birds Nest Resort/management, their owners, directors, associates, partners, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of Birds Nest Resort and fellow guest/invitee from any and all claims of whatsoever cause or nature by the guest(s) / or his accompanying party and/or invitees or by the spouse, common lawfull wife, children, weather minor or adult, or relatives and/or authorised representatives of the guest(s) or his accompanying part / or his invitees, for any harm, injuruy, death, or loss suffered by the guest(s), accompanying party /or invitees while on Birds Nest Resort and weather arising from an act or omission on part of those hereby indemnified on anyone of them.
Every guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees understand that in the event of an injury Birds Nest Resort may at its discretion and without prejudice and without admission of liability arrange and pay for emergency medical treatment for and on behalf of any guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees the same shall not however amount to admission of liability on the part of the owners/directors of Birds Nest Resort, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected weather directly or indirectly with the running of Birds Nest Resort.
Cancellations: in the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below:
Reservations cancelled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 20% cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled 7-14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any stays during the Diwali (15thOctober – 19th October) along with Christmas & New Years (19th December – 3rd January) periods.
All valid or authorised cancellations will be processed by net banking / UPI transfers or cheques, within a period of 15 days.
Jurisdiction: In the matter of enforcement of any rights or remedies hereunder, in pursuance of this terms and Conditions, the courts of Pune alone shall have jurisdictions.
Every guest(s) on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party or his invitees of the guest(s) on signing this Terms of Residence, warrants that he has read and understood and is duly authorized to sign and bind himself, his principle, as well as each and every guest in his accompanying party including invitees (if any), to this terms and conditions of residence; and failing such authority, the signing guest(s) agrees to be personally liable to pay for the residence of guest in his accompanying party including invitees (if any) and/or for any claim or claims of whatsoever nature that may arise against the owners/operators of the Resort, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of the Resort and/or fellow guests/invites which might have arisen out of harm, injury, death, or loss suffered whilst on the premises or property of the Resort and whether arising from an act or omission on the part of the owners/operators of the Resort, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of the Resort. These terms and conditions are required to be agreed to by the Signing Guest(s) and/or his/her authority at the time of booking.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Birds Nest Resort, we strive to provide you with a pleasant stay and a seamless booking experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be canceled or modified, and the conditions for refunds.
Cancellations: In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below:-
Reservations cancelled 20 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled 07 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
No date changes or refunds will be accommodated for stays during the Diwali Season (dates set by management), Christmas & New Years (20th Dec – 5th Jan), or any long weekends or public holidays, regardless of bookings made 20 days in advance or more.
Any applicable refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days and will be issued through UPI or Bank transfers exclusively.
