• Room reservations will only be confirmed only after full payments in advance before the day of stay from guests or travel agencies In an event of confirmed bookings, unused nights will be liable to be treated under retentions and will also be charged full for all. There’s no provision to block rooms in advance complying with rules above. All decisions by management will be final and irrevocable. Management is thankful for your cooperation.

• Mandatory additional supplement cost for Christmas/New Year to be paid directly at the hotel. Applicable charges (inclusive of taxes): Price per adult per stay – 1500 INR. Price per child per stay – 1000 INR (Subject to Availability).
75% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
• Valid Government Approved Individual Photo ID proofs: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card.
• Guests holding a foreign country’s passports, PIO cards, or OCI cardholders have to get a RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. Copies of the Passport with the Visa, or PIO card or OCI card with the RAP have to be submitted and guests have to fill in their personal details before check-in in all our hotels and resorts.
• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.
