• Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
• Full amount of the booking has to be paid in advance for the booking to confirm. This is on account of hosting at a remote location and the efforts used in sourcing and arranging for a stay in advance.
• Prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date for any alterations in booking.
• Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
• Breakfast timings are 8:00 – 9:00 am, Lunch- 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and Dinner- 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 15 or more days before the check in date will be free.
• Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount.
• No shows and cancellations made 0 to 5 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
