Welcome to Coral Beach Villas. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must not damage or misuse any villa property, furniture, or amenities.
Any damage or loss will be compensated by the guest as per Coral Beach management’s assessment.
3. Code of Conduct
Guests must maintain decorum and avoid loud noise or parties after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. A ₹5,000 penalty applies for violations.
4. Safety & Supervision
Guests must supervise children at all times, especially around pools and terraces.
Usage of amenities is at the guest's own risk. Coral Beach is not liable for accidents due to negligence or unsafe behavior.
5. Prohibited Activities
Carrying, using, or storing drugs, narcotics, or banned substances is strictly prohibited.
Possession will lead to immediate eviction.
Weapons and unlawful activities are not permitted.
6. Personal Belongings
Coral Beach is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to unattended belongings.
7. Liability Waiver
Guests indemnify Coral Beach, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising during or after the stay.
