1. Check-in & Check-out

- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- A valid government-issued ID/passport is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
2. Booking Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other approved platforms.
- Third-party payments are not accepted without prior written consent.
3. House Rules
- Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited (designated smoking areas are available).
- Loud music or gatherings are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
- Guests are expected to maintain respect toward the hosts, property, and other guests at all times.
4. Liability
- Diwan House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.
Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings made directly with
Diwan House or via
Razorpay are strictly
100% non-refundable. This applies to:
- Cancellations made after payment
- No-shows
- Late arrivals or early departures
Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making a booking.
2. Third-Party Platforms
If your booking is made through a third-party platform (e.g.,
Airbnb,
Booking.com), the respective platform’s
cancellation and refund policies will apply.
3. Modification Requests
- Date changes or stay modifications are subject to availability.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of Diwan House.
- Any price difference or rescheduling fee must be paid in full before confirmation.
