Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Standard Bookings
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of a no-show: No refund.
• Peak Season (Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends & Public Holidays)
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
• Early Departures
• No refunds for shortening of stay after check-in.
• Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
2. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Stay Rules
• Maximum occupancy per room as per booking details.
• Outside food and alcohol are not permitted.
• Pets are allowed.
• Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect other occupants.
4. Liability
• Duck N Chill is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to property or facilities during their stay.
5. Force Majeure
• The resort is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural calamities, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
