CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT · Hotel Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM (IST) and Check-out time is 11:30 AM. · Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per hotel policy. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY · 10+ days prior to arrival date = Zero retention/cancellation charges. · 10 days to 07 days prior to arrival date = 25% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount. · 06 days to 03 days prior to arrival date = 50% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount. · 02 days to arrival date/ No-show = 100% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount. · No refunds for unused nights or early check-out. · No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains/ ferries or road blocks due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances, etc. PAYMENT TERMS POLICY · Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, cash or net banking. · It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID Card or International passport. Pan cards are not accepted. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document. · The primary Guest checking on to the Hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompany adults must be between 1-12 years. · Extensions of stay are subject to availability. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer. · Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any money or alter any bookings if booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers. · The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation may be denied to guests residing in the same city. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS · No gatherings or parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants. · The Hotel reserves the right to evict guests due to inappropriate conduct, behavior, or for safety, security, and medical reasons. This applies if guests fail to follow staff instructions, use discriminatory language, or harass/endanger others. · The guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the hotel room or property identified during the stay. · Guests must maintain adequate neatness and hygiene and adhere to all safety and security advice provided by the Hotel. The guest is solely responsible for any violations. · Lost property found on-site is logged and kept securely for three months. Thereafter, items are disposed of or donated to charity. The Hotel is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. · Airport transport is an ancillary service; the Hotel is not liable for any incidents occurring during transit.
