- Each self-contained apartment comes with one AC in the bedroom only, Wi-Fi,
kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, linen, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with cylinder
and all basic requirements.

- **Minimum stay: 6 nights**. Flexible check-in/check-out with advance notice.

*Check-In Policy**
**Flexible check-in time** – any time **after 2 PM** (earlier possible subject to availability
& prior confirmation).
**Mandatory**: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence) + one
selfie with ID at check-in, visa copy for foreigners.
- Check-in is **self-managed** – detailed access instructions (gate code + apartment key
location) sent 24 hrs before arrival.
- Late arrivals (after 10 PM) must inform us **at least one day in advance**.
- **Maximum 2 adults per apartment**. Children and extra guests depends on apartment
selection and with prior intimation.
**Check-Out Policy**
- **Flexible check-out** – any time **until 11 AM** (later possible subject to next guest’s
arrival & prior confirmation).
- Leave the apartment **broom-clean**:
– Dishes washed & dried
– Trash emptied in outside bins
– AC & lights switched off
– Keys returned to lockbox
- A quick 2-minute video walkthrough is appreciated (optional but helps avoid disputes).
- Security deposit (if any) refunded within 48 hrs after inspection.
