Please be advised that any check-out after 12 noon and before 17:00 pm will incur half-day charges plus applicable taxes.For check-outs post 17:00 pm, the full tariff along with taxes will be applicable.

01. Outside liquor is not permissible in public areas.
02. Pets are not allowed except for service animals. 
03. Outside Food & speakers not allowed in the premises.

As per our resort policy, a security deposit of INR 3000 per room is applicable at the time of check-in. Rest assured that this amount will be promptly refunded to you upon checking out of the hotel .

Payment conditions:
 
Invoice for accommodation must be paid before or during check-in time. Bill for the additional hotel services must be paid before or at the time of the guest's departure from the hotel. If the guest does not pay for hotel services until a mentioned time above, the hotel has the right to charge from the client's credit card the full amount of the stay and used additional services provided by the hotel. Additional services are not automatically included in the accommodation price, but are paid separately before or during the guest's check-out from the hotel. The guest can place money on deposit to pay additional services. Payment for accommodation and additional services is performed according to the price list that is confirmed by the hotel administration.

Guests’ visitors’ rules of stay in the hotel rooms:
 
For safety and security reasons, visitors are not permitted inside the rooms. However, they are welcome to use the designated outdoor areas during their visit.

Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions 
 
Guest who needs to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.
 
1. Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date the booking will be amended and can be booked for a future date subject to availability. 
 
2. Cancellation before 72 hours of check-in = 50% of deposit reserved and forefeted for a future weekday booking. 
 
3. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to check-in: No refund issued, full amount of booking will be due. 
 
 No show guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required
 
 In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

Shipping Insurance:
We offer shipping insurance options for an additional fee to provide added protection for your order against loss or damage during transit. Please inquire about insurance options during the checkout process if you are interested.
 
Returns and Exchanges:
