Hotel Policies

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Eligibility & Conduct

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed to stay at the property.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted within the hotel premises.
  • Guests are expected to follow hotel rules and maintain appropriate behavior during their stay.

Identification Policy

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (original) at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted ID Proofs:
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
  • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.

Damage & Asset Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear to hotel property during their stay.
  • Any such damage will be charged to the guest.
  • AC temperature settings are fixed, and remote control may not be available in the room.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 2 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% retention charge on the total tariff/bill.
  • Late cancellations will attract applicable retention charges.
  • No Show: No refund will be provided.

Booking & Payment Conditions

  • Payments can be made online or at the hotel during check-in.
  • For a confirmed and guaranteed booking, 100% advance payment is mandatory.

Privacy Policy

  • The hotel respects guest privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
  • Guest details collected during booking or check-in are used only for reservation, billing, legal compliance, and service-related purposes.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or government authorities.
  • The hotel may retain guest information for internal records, security, and compliance purposes.

Terms & Conditions

  • Room allotment is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
  • Hotel management reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests not complying with hotel policies or presenting invalid identification.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless deposited with hotel management for safekeeping.
  • Management reserves the right to modify hotel policies, tariffs, and terms without prior notice.
  • Any disputes arising during the stay shall be subject to the local jurisdiction.
