1. Check-in & Check-out

- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.
2. Reservation & Cancellation
- Bookings are final; no changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- Please confirm travel dates and guest details carefully.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
- The hotel may cancel a booking or refuse accommodation if policies are violated.
3. Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas.
- Use designated smoking zones only.
4. Noise & Conduct
- Maintain a peaceful environment.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
6. Visitors
- All visitors must register at reception.
- Visitors allowed only until 10:00 PM.
7. Damage to Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Charges apply as per damage incurred.
8. Safety & Security
- Guests must secure their belongings.
- Hotel is not liable for theft or loss of personal items.
9. Prohibited Items
- Illegal substances, hazardous items, and firearms are strictly forbidden.
10. Payment
- Full payment at check-in is required.
- Extras (meals, services, facilities) must be settled at check-out.
11. Housekeeping
- Daily service: 11:00 AM – 04:00 PM.
- “Do Not Disturb” signs will be respected.
- Keys must be deposited for housekeeping.
- Requests outside service hours subject to availability.
12. Transportation & Sightseeing
- Hotel is not responsible for services booked externally.
- Sightseeing is included only if mentioned in the booking confirmation.
13. Hotel Rights
- The hotel reserves the right to admit or refuse guests and cancel bookings at its discretion.
