The stay policy at Govardhan Ecovillage includes the following main rules and conditions:
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm room booking.
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date. After that, no refund will be given. Please send a cancellation email to contactus@ecovillage.org.in
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in. Foreign guests need passport and visa.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- Guests are expected to avoid intoxication, gambling, meat eating, and illicit activities during the stay. Violation may attract a ₹50,000 penalty.
- Modest clothing is expected because it is an ashram environment.
- Food served is pure vegetarian, without onion and garlic.
- Only Jio and Airtel mobile networks work reliably on campus.
- Children below 5 years can stay free (extra mattress charges may apply).
- Extra guest charge: ₹500 + taxes per night with floor mattress.
(Ac rooms you can add 2 more extra person (2+2) max 4 people in a room & Non-Ac room you can add 1 more extra person (2+1) max 3 people in a room) - Late checkout is chargeable and subject to availability.
- Swimming pool use is allowed only during designated timings with proper swimwear.
- Trekking/hiking is prohibited for safety reasons.
