Tariff

  • Room tariffs exclude applicable taxes and any additional services unless specifically mentioned.
  • Guests are requested to contact the Duty Manager / Reception for tariff details and inclusions.

Bill Settlement

  • All bills must be settled in full upon presentation.
  • Personal cheques are not accepted.

Luggage & Guest Belongings

  • Guests are advised to secure valuables in the lockers/safe custody provided by the hotel.
  • The management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings kept in rooms or common areas.
  • In the event of unpaid dues, management reserves the right to retain guest belongings and dispose of them as per applicable law.

Luggage Storage

  • Luggage storage is provided at the guest’s own risk.
  • Maximum storage duration is 30 days from the date of check-out.

Pets

  • Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • Hazardous materials, weapons, contraband substances, gambling, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation will result in immediate eviction and legal action, if applicable.

Property Damage

  • Guests are fully liable for any loss or damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
  • Damaged or broken items will be charged at three times the prevailing market value, as determined by management.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respectful behavior at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests found to be disruptive, abusive, or violating hotel policies—without refund.

Rights & Tenancy

  • Staying at the hotel does not grant tenancy or occupancy rights.
  • The management retains full control of the premises at all times.

Legal Compliance

  • All guests must comply with local laws, regulations, and hotel rules during their stay.

Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior approval from the reception.
  • Additional charges may apply for approved visitors.
