Hotel Policy
Welcome to Narayan Kothi. We aim to provide our guests with a memorable and comfortable stay. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request adherence to the following policies:

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

2. Reservation Policy
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of an advance deposit (see Advance Policy below).
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Special requests (e.g., specific room types, dietary preferences) are accommodated based on availability.

3. Advance Policy
• To confirm your reservation, an advance deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
• The balance amount (if any) is payable upon check-in.
• For peak seasons, holidays, or group bookings, full payment may be required in advance.

4. Child & Extra Bed Policy
• Children aged below 6 years stay complimentary when using existing bedding.
• Extra beds are available at an additional charge of 1500/-

5. Smoking and Conduct
• Our property is a Non-Smoking establishment. Designated smoking areas are available.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for guests causing disruption or damage to property.

6. Damage Policy
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, common areas, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, caused during their stay.
• Inspection: All rooms and facilities will be inspected upon check-out.
• Charges: In the event of damage or excessive cleaning required, the hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest's credit card for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
• Incidents: If damages are noticed after the guest’s departure, the hotel will notify the guest and provide documentation of the damage along with the repair/replacement cost.

7. Liability Disclaimer
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or public areas.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe to secure valuable items.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by them to hotel property or equipment.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Timelines: 
Cancellation Policy Cancellation & Refund Policy Guests are requested to cancel reservation within the stipulated period as mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

 1. If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
 2. If cancelled within 48 hours before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged
 3. If cancelled before 7 days of the check-in date 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
 4. No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
 5. No refunds for cancellation during peak season period.
 6. No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains.
 7. The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room category may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel.
 8. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability (On chargeable basis).
 9. No smoking zone property.


• Refunds:
 - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
 - No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
