Narwar Lakefront Resort - Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- All reservations require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount to confirm the stay.
- The remaining balance must be settled at check-in.
- Payments can be made via bank transfers or UPI.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
- No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
- Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
3. Guest Manners & Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect the privacy, peace, and comfort of other guests.
- Loud music, disruptive behavior, and excessive noise are prohibited after 10:00 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.
4. Weapons & Security Policy
- Guests carrying licensed firearms must disclose them at check-in.
- Weapons must be safely stored and should not be displayed in public areas.
- Resort security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone carrying unauthorized weapons.
5. Wildlife & Safety Regulations
- The resort is located near a wildlife sanctuary; guests must exercise caution at all times.
- Do not feed, approach, or provoke wild animals.
- Always stay on marked trails and avoid wandering into restricted areas.
- Keep doors and windows securely closed, especially at night.
- The resort is not responsible for any incidents arising from wildlife encounters.
6. General Terms
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort.
- Pets are allowed.
- The resort reserves the right to evict guests violating policies without refunds.
