No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use outdoor areas. Violations may lead to fines or termination of stay.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Prior approval is required for visitors.
Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and loud activities must end by 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit (equal to one night’s stay) is collected at check-in and returned after inspection at check-out.
Respect the Property: Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
Power & Internet: Goa’s rural charm may occasionally lead to power fluctuations or internet disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost & Found: Please contact us promptly for any belongings left behind. We will do our best to assist in recovery.
Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome! A charge of ₹3,500 per stay applies. Any damages caused by pets will be charged additionally, based on the extent of the damage.
