If you’re arriving early or need a little extra time before you head off, just ask — we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability and guest flow that day.

Deposits & Payments
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit in advance. The remaining balance can be settled at check-out. We accept a variety of payment methods to keep things easy for you:

• Cash (Indian Rupees only)
• GPay / UPI
• Debit & Credit Cards (India)
• International Debit & Credit Cards (2% surcharge applies)
• International Bank Transfer/Wise Transfer (please allow time for processing)

You’ll find ATMs and currency exchange outlets (Cash Points) just a short walk away on Palolem Down Street or Palolem Beach Road.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Cancellation Before Arrival
Cancellation before 14 days of arrival: Free Cancellation if cancelled before 14 days of arrival. Your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay. Deposit will not be refundable.
 
No Show
If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning. Deposit will not be refundable.
 
Change of Dates
We will do our best to accommodate date changes. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We are generally able to accommodate date changes, except at peak times such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
 
Cancellation/ early departure
 If you decide to check out early, we require notice before check-out time on the day you are leaving, otherwise you will be liable for another day. Should you check out early, 50% of every day that you booked is paid for by your deposit (and is non-refundable), and only the remaining 50% of everyday that you have stayed will be charged.


Parking
We are tucked away between the beach and the main road and we don’t have on-site car parking, however:

• Car parking is available for a small fee at nearby lots on the main road. If you're driving, let us know — we can meet you there and help you find your way to Palm Forest.
• Scooters can be parked just off the main road in a public (unsecured) area.

Finding Us
We’re a little hidden — and that’s part of the charm. If you can, give us a heads-up with your arrival time so we can be ready to meet you. We’re happy to arrange transfers from the airport, bus, or train stations. If you’re arriving by car, stay in touch — we’ll guide you in or help with luggage so you can park with ease.

Minimum Age
Guests must be 21 or older to check in.

Extra Guests
To keep things peaceful and comfortable for everyone:

• Our standard cottages are for up to two adults
• Deluxe cottages can host up to three adults
• Extra adult charge: INR 1,000 per night

Children
We welcome little ones too:

• One child under 12 stays free when using the existing bed
• Children under 2 stay free with a cot/crib (let us know in advance!)
• Additional children: INR 500 per night

Electricity
Power in South Goa can be a bit unpredictable. You might experience short power cuts during your stay — it’s part of the rhythm of life here, and we hope you’ll take it in stride. We’ll do everything we can to keep things running smoothly.

Force Majeure (Greater Force)
Sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone’s control — from weather to government rules to unexpected events. If that ever affects your stay, we’ll always be upfront and do our very best to look after you.

Your Privacy
Your personal info is safe with us — we won’t share it with anyone (unless we’re legally required to). From time to time, we might get in touch to share news, updates, or a friendly invite back to Palm Forest.
