Individual & Group Bookings:1. A 50% deposit of the booking amount is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the time of arrival/check-in for the entire duration of the stay.
3. If the guest has already paid the full voucher amount, no further payment will be required at check-in.
Specific Room Allocation Requests: 1. For the allocation of a specific room or room type, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
2. Requests without full advance payment will be subject to availability at check-in.
All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted via email or through the booking platform used. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
