Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and hostel staff.
No Food, No smoking, No alcohol, or illegal activities in the rooms.
Liability:
- The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please carry pad locks for lockers to store
-Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hostel property.
Age Restrictions:
-Guests must be 18 years or older to book a dorm bed.
Right of Admission:
The hostel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 100% Refund: A full refund will be issued for bookings that are canceled at least 15 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date.
No Refund (within 15 days): Bookings canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
No Refund for December Bookings: Bookings made for the month of December are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
No Refund for Special Holiday Dates: Bookings made for special holiday periods (as designated by the hostel) are non-refundable.
Note: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
