Hotel Policy

Tariff:
Room charges exclude applicable taxes and additional services. Guests are advised to contact the Duty Manager for detailed information.

Bill Settlement:
All bills must be settled upon presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Luggage and Belongings:
Management reserves the right to retain or auction guest belongings in case of unpaid dues.

Luggage Storage:
Storage services are provided at the guest's risk and are limited to a maximum of 30 days.

Guest Belongings:
Valuables should be secured in on your own survellience. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Pets:
Pets are allowed on the premises but not in restaurant.

Prohibited Items:
Hazardous goods, contraband, weapons, and gambling activities are strictly prohibited.

Property Damage:
Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to maintain decorum. The management reserves the right to evict disruptive or disrespectful individuals.

Rights:
Guests do not acquire tenancy rights; the management retains full control of the premises.

Compliance:
All guests must adhere to applicable laws and hotel regulations.

Visitors:
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior permission and may incur additional charges.

Security & Retention:

  • Retained only as necessary or legally required.

Privacy Policy

Check-In:
Guests must present valid identification for verification purposes.

Check-Out:
Rooms must be vacated by the designated time. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Additional Hotel Policies

  • Valuables left in rooms/suites are the responsibility of the guest; use the hotel’s safe custody service.
  • Damaged or broken items will incur charges thrice their market value, as determined by the management.
  • Guests are prohibited from affixing labels or markings to walls and furniture. Charges for damages will apply.
  • Room tariffs may change without prior notice.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under certain circumstances.
  • Illegal or improper use of hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Laundry services must be used for washing clothes; in-room washing is not allowed.
  • Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with prior permission from reception.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

All disputes are subject to Bankura jurisdiction.


Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation process is just as swift and hassle-free as our booking process. While we hope to host you, we understand that plans may change. Please review the following terms:
General Conditions
•Outside access after 10 pm is strictly restricted.​
• 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Valid ID cards for all adult guests are mandatory.
Failure to provide proper ID may result in restricted check-in.No refund will be issued in such cases.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms
• 30 days or more before arrival:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total billing amount will be charged.Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, and the tariff applicable on the new date will apply.
• 29–15 days prior to arrival:A cancellation fee of 30% of the total billing amount will be charged.Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, and the tariff applicable on the new date will apply.
• 14–08 days prior to arrival:A cancellation fee of 50% of the total billing amount will be charged.Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, and the tariff applicable on the new date will apply.
• Before 7 days of arrival or in case of No-Show:No cancellation or rescheduling is possible.
• A No-Show means the guest does not check in by 4:00 PM on the check-in date without providing any information.
Cancellation During Stay
• No changes can be made after check-in.The full amount will be charged.
Grace Period
• No cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within 60 minutes of being created.
Special Offers
• For special discounted tariffs or special packages, no refunds or reschedules are possible.
