Photo ID: All guests including children have to produce a valid Photo ID at Check-In. No refunds if ID not produced.
Foreign Guests: Foreign passport holders have to fill form C and submit a copy of their passport & visa at Check-In.
Primary Guest: Holder of the reservation-“Primary Guest” shall be checking in at the hotel along with other guests and must be at least 18 years of age.
Infant / Child Age Policy: Children below 5 years are considered as infants and are accommodated free when accommodated without extra mattress. Children between 6-11 years are charged at additional child rate. All Children age 11 and above considered as adults.
Refundable Security Deposit: All guests have to pay a sum of Rs 2000/- or 50% (Cash Only) of one day room tariff, whichever is higher as a caution deposit for any damage, late check out or any such situation. This deposit shall be refunded upon check out if no other incidental charges as mentioned above have been incurred by the guest.
No Baggage Service / Bell Boys: All guests are expected to carry their own luggage at the time of Check in & Check Out. Senior Citizens, Mother's with small Children, Expectant Mothers & Differently Abled Guests will be assisted by our staff for their bags.
No Smoking: Smoking of Cigarettes / Hookah is strictly prohibited in the rooms or any other part of the Resort.
No Parking: Parking is not there in the Resort. Guests have to make their own arrangement to park their vehicles.
No Stags: Stags or only male groups are not allowed at the Resort.
No Vomit: Vomiting by guests in any part of the resort or in the rooms then the guests will be charged Rs 2500/-
No TV: TV is not there in Standard & Standard-Pool View Rooms. Please check carefully before booking.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in ANY part of the Resort or Rooms.
No Outside Food & Beverages: Food delivery boys are not allowed inside the resort premises and the staff is not allowed to receive the food on behalf of the guests. Consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted at any public place of the Resort.
Swimming Pool : Swimming Costumes are compulsory. Lycra & nynol only (8.00 AM to 6.00PM)
Restaurant & Room Service : There is a restaurant in the resort which operates from 8.00 AM to 11.00PM and serves limited items. Room Service from 10.00 AM to 11.00PM with limIted items. Kinldy check details of menu & service times at the Reception during Check-In.
Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless especially stated on booking voucher. Date amendment will be treated as cancellation and hence no refunds will be allowed.
Tax Invoice: E-Invoice generated from the GST portal will be emailed to guests within one week of checking –out. The contact details will be provided at time of stay and be obtained from the reception any time before check-out.
Additional Children / Adults: In case of additional children or adults other than those booked for, the guests shall be obligated to pay such charges to the hotel before check in as may be applicable at the time of check-in which can be different and higher than those mentioned / charged at the time of booking.
