  • Check In:Any time after 1:30 PM  Check-Out: Not After 10.30AM (Late Check outs will be charged as mentioned below)
  • Express Check-in: All guests booking from Silver Waves Resort & Spa will be required to do complete the Pre Check-In formalities of submitting the names and other details such as Photo ID , email , contact number , date of birth etc online prior to arrival which will help them to avail Express Check-In facility upon arrival and will also get priority over guests who have not done Pre Check-In formalities. Guests arriving at reception without completing the details online will have to wait in the lobby and complete the Pre Check -In formalities and after this is completed that they can proceed for Express Check-In.
  • Balance Payment for Partially Paid Bookings to be done latest by 9.00 AM on day of Check-In : Guests who have made reservations wherein only part payment was collected at the time of booking will be required to pay the balance amount online latest by 9.00 AM on day of Check-In via a payment link  silverwavesresortandspa.invoicepay.co.in/op  . While making payment, it will ask for Invoice Number. Please enter you own mobile number in place of Invoice Number. Do not check the box “Particulars” and do not fill in there anything. Once payment is done , kindly share the receipt via email to sw.fo@silverresorts.co.in and cc to sales.sw@silverresorts.co.inFor guests who do not make the payment for the balance sum by 9.30 AM on check in date - their reservation would be cancelled, sums paid forfeited and room allotted to others and guests will not be able to claim any refund on account of cancellation of their bookings due to non  payment of balance sums by 9.30 AM on check in date. 
  • Photo ID: All guests including children have to produce valid Photo & Age ID before Check- In, failing which Check-In will be denied & no refunds given. Foreign Passport holders have to submit a copy of their Passport, Valid Visa & fill Form C before Check-In.
  • Age Policy: Children below 5 years are treated as Infants & are free if accommodated without extra bed. Infants need not be mentioned in booking. Extra bed, if requested for Infants will be charged at rates applicable at the Resort. Children between 6-11 years are chargeable. All Children 12 years & above are considered Adults & Charged accordingly.  Additional Children or Additional Adults, other than those booked for, have to pay charges at Check-In which will be higher than the charges paid / payable at the time of booking.
  • Additional Adults or Children Over & Above mentioned in Booking: Any additional adult or child, other than those mentioned in the booking voucher or other than those already paid for at the time of check-in, found to be staying in the resort or rooms will be treated as a case breach of trust with an intention to cheat and in such cases, the resort will be entitled to collect charges of INR 5750/- + 18% GST in case of Adult & INR 3900/- + 18% GST in case of child. The resort will be at liberty to also file a legal complaint against such guests, which shall have no relation to the charges collected as mentioned herein before.
  • Incidental Deposit in CASH at Check-In: All Guests have to pay an Incidental deposit of INR 3000/- per room in CASH. The Resort has the right to deduct sums towards any damages to the property or any charges towards late check-out (as mentioned separately herein) if the guest is checking out late. This Incidental Deposit is different than the advance deposit which the guests may choose to pay for Room Posting of Food & Bev Bills. Any cancellation & subsequent refund request due to the guest not willing to pay the Incidental Deposit will be entertained.
  • Late Check-Out Charge:  Between 10.45 AM to 11.15 AM: 20% of Room Tariff Between 11.15 AM to 11.45 AM: 40% of Room Tariff | Between 11.45 AM to 1.00 PM: 75% of Room Tariff. Room Tariff will include charges for Room as well as charges for all additional adults & children. Taxes as applicable will be collected extra. Guests claiming or referring to have put in a request at the time of check-in for late check out and the same having been confirmed by any of the staff member will not be entertained unless and until the same in confirmed via WhatsApp. No verbal references to any such communication or commitment will be entertained.
  • Swimming Pool & Gymnasium: Operate from 8.00 AM to 7.00 PM. All children below 12 years are to be accompanied by elders at all times. Lycra / Nylon costumes are compulsory. Cotton wear is not allowed. All other policies are displayed at the poolside. Guests who are checking out on a particular date can only use the pool / gym on check out date until 9.30 AM so as to be in time for Check out at 10.30 AM.
  • Parking: Parking is free at the Resort. Valet service is from 9.00 AM 9.00 PM after which guests park and/or retrieve the car themselves. The resort has lot of coconut trees and hence is not responsible for any damage for any coconut or its fond falling. The Resort is also not responsible for any thefts or any damage to car by fellow guests. Our Valets are licensed drivers having experience & it’s never their intention to damage the vehicle. Any unintentional damage to vehicles on account of human error shall not be liable for claim of any damages.
  • Mini-Bar: The Mini Bar in the room is not a refrigerator. It is not supposed to be used for chilling beers or other beverages. It is just supposed to keep items in a cool temperature ranging between 18 Degrees to 23 Degree.
  • Room Air-Conditioning Temperature & Condensation: The central air conditioning system is designed to deliver room temperatures at around 22º C –23º C and not below this. This being coastal property and due to heavy humidity, the problem of condensation is inherent and accordingly whenever the balcony doors or main doors are kept open, the walls and floors will start getting wet due to condensation. This a natural phenomenon and beyond the control of the management.
  • Stags: Stags or only male groups are allowed at the Resort subject to submitting a declaration at the time of Check-In.
  • Smoking: Smoking of Cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the rooms. For Fire Safety reasons use of Hookah is not permissible in any part of the property including the rooms.
  • Pet Policy:  Pets are not allowed in ANY part of the Resort or Rooms. No refunds will be given.
  • Outside Food & Beverages: Food delivery boys are not allowed inside the resort premises nor will resort staff receive the same. Consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted at any public place of the Resort.
  • Food & Bev Bills: F&B bills are to be paid immediately in case of In-Room Dining & Pool Bar & after service in case of Restaurant. Guests wishing to have bills posted to Rooms have to Deposit in advance INR 5000/- per room per night at check-in or such additional deposit in case the consumption crosses the previous deposit. Balance deposit, will be refunded at check out in cash.
  • Credit Cards & Digital Payments: We accept Digital modes of payment such as Bhimpay, Gpay, PayTM (Subject to connectivity) & Credit / Debit Cards. Platform Fee will be charged in addition & can vary from 0.5% to 3.5% + 18% GST. Amex & Corporate Cards are not accepted. Resort is not responsible for failed payments or payments showing success on Guest side applications but not showing success on resort payment gateway and Resort will collect payment in cash in case there is connectivity issue.
  • GST e-Invoice: GST e-Invoice requests be mailed to dipali@silverresorts.co.in within 2 days of check-out. Attach GST Certificate & Invoice provided.
