Hotel Policy:
A security deposit of INR 10,000 (for short stays) is required at check-in. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from this deposit, which will be refunded 48 hours after check-out.
Guests will receive the inventory document, house manual, and other relevant information one day before check-in (T-1 day).
Guests must sign the liability document upon arrival at the property after inspecting the property and its inventory. Any discrepancies need to be raised with the on-site manager immediately before signing the liability and damage document.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; visitors are not permitted.
Housekeeping is provided once daily between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, linens and towels are changed only after 3rd night of stay. Should you refer daily changes, just let us know (an additional charges applies)
Remember to wear appropriate swimwear and avoid bringing glass or breakable items to the pool.
Kindly ensure the safety of your personal belongings. The management will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking and in the check-in form (including the number of people, group composition, and valid photo IDs). Access will not be granted to individuals not included in the reservation.
Drugs are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is only permitted on balconies and outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking.
