Hotel Reservations
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these conditions and to use the site in accordance with such conditions.
You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.
The site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels owned or managed by The Grand Ladhukara.
Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by The Grand Ladhukara on the site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Hotel Grand Ladhukara reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services of products.

JURISDICTION POLICY
All disputes & differences of any kind whatever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive JURISDICTION OF COURTS OF Dwarka ONLY.
Food and Drinks Hygiene
• Social distancing is followed in restaurants
• Serve ware and supplies are sanitized before they are brought to the kitchen
• Masks and hairnets are mandatory for staff in restaurants

• Smoking within the premises is Not allowed
• Our all rooms are non-Smoking
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.
Pet(s) Related
• Pets are not allowed.
ID Proof Related
• Driving License, Aadhar, Govt. ID and Passport are accepted as ID proof(s)
• Non-Govt IDs, PAN Card and Office ID are not accepted as ID proof(s)
Other Rules
• Allows private parties or events in Our Resturants And Banquets with in house rules and regulation.
• Visitors are not allowed in Rooms.
• The Standard check-in time is 12:30 pm and check-out time is 10:00am Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and it will be chargeable by the hotel. any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed with hotel directly. Address proof with photo is mandatory for guests driving license, Adhar card, voter ID card (Any One) for an Indian and valid passport for a foreigners is mandatory. hotel will not refund the amount if the room is not provided. All Adults ID's are comulsary as per goverment policy and if child age is more than 10 year than childerans Id's are also comuplsary we accept both soft copy and hard copy.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
• An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest (Adult Or Child) included in the booking for a charge mentioned below.
• Below 5 Year Child complimentary.
• 6 To 12 Year Child Will Charge Extra 800 to 1200 Rs/. per Child Per night ( Paid To Hotel )
• Above 12 Year Child Will Consider as a Adult
• Extra Adult Charges Rs. 1500 to 2500. We provide proper Rolling Bed Insted of Matress.

Cancellation Policy
• All Booking are 100% Non-Refundable
Credit Card Refunds:
All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments or early check-out will be credited to your bank account in 10 business days, where applicable. (In any situation we did not paid refund in cash or G Pay)
Tax Receipts
• Local tax receipts are only available from properties for bookings where payments are made at the property. For pre-paid bookings
