Terms & Policies

  • Extra persons over specified numbers will be charged at Rs. 1500 per person per day at CP.
  • Maids or other staff accompanying the guests will be charged as extra persons. Children 8 years and above will be charged as extra persons.
  • In case of reduction in number of guests, no amount will be deducted from the total package cost.
  • Guests must adhere to our pet policy (available on website).
  • Cooking, heating or serving of any outside food material will be chargeable.
  • Smoking/Hukkah is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors (lawn or balcony).
  • Causing noise pollution is strictly prohibited and guests must respect the property’s policy on loud music and silent hours.
  • Disturbing the peace of other guests or unruly behaviour is not permitted. Not adhering to a decency code or violation of our policies can result in removal from property without a refund.
  • Any breakage or damage of any item in the property by the guest shall be chargeable as “actuals”.

Cancellation Policy

Notes: The terms “cancellation” includes reduction in number of nights or number of rooms. The percentages mentioned below are of the total package value (not the advance paid).
  • Cancellation made twenty (20) days prior to the day of check-in — 10% of the total package value.
  • Cancellation made fifteen (15) days prior to the day of check-in — 30% of the total package value.
  • In case of No Shows or cancellation made less than fifteen (15) days before the check-in date — no refund.

Policy for Pets

  • Pre-approval is required from the property management before guests can bring pets. The management reserves the right to refuse to allow a pet on the property if they deem necessary.
  • Pets must not be left unattended, and must be leashed at all times in common spaces, especially with other guests around.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood.
  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests or staff are not inconvenienced.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
  • In case of pet droppings on the hotel premises (including lawn), urination inside the premises, soiling of any bed linens or carpets, or any other damage including but not limited to scratch marks or tearing (whether permanent or temporary), appropriate charges/fines shall be paid by the guests.
  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
  • We charge Rs. 500 per day as a pet fee.
