Guest Information & Resort Policies
- Children above 5 years can share the same room with an extra bed (complimentary).
- All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
- Drivers accompanying guests must carry a valid driving license and ID proof.
- Swimming pool access is permitted only with proper swimwear.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere within The Mango Resort premises during staycation.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Check-in Time: 10:00 AM
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy
Applicable to all bookings made via our official website or reservation system:
- Cancellation before 72 hours of check-in: No charge
- Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: 50% of total amount or 1-night charge (whichever is higher)
- Cancellation on the check-in date: No refund
