Note: During Poush Mela and Basanta Utsav, no refunds will be provided for any bookings. Refund Percentage of Deduction on Advance:
- Cancellations made between four to seven days prior to arrival: 20% of the room charge will be deducted.
- Cancellations made three days or less before arrival: No refund will be issued.

Terms and Conditions
- Tariff covers only the room and includes all applicable government taxes and charges.
- Bills must be settled immediately; personal cheques are not accepted as valid payment method.
- Nonpayment allows management to retain, sell, or auction guest belongings to recover dues.
- Check-out time is 11 AM; extensions depend on availability and incur standard charges.
- Luggage storage is available at guest’s own risk for up to thirty days.
- Management is not liable for loss or theft of valuables stored anywhere on premises.
- Pets are permitted in bungalows for an additional fee, with prior permission required.
- Storing or bringing hazardous, flammable, illegal, or prohibited goods is strictly forbidden and punishable.
- Guests are responsible for damages or losses caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Misconduct or disturbance may lead to eviction without prior notice or management explanation.
- These conditions grant no tenancy, lease, or occupancy rights; management retains full possession.
- Guests must adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and government regulations during stay. Using photographs or videos for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited and punishable.
