Check-in Policy

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, the reservation must be made from the previous night. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made directly with the hotel and reconfirmed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 3 days before arrival
• Within 3 days: Full stay charges, including taxes, apply

• Free cancellation: Up to 15 days before arrival
• Within 15 days: Full stay charges, including taxes, apply

• Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
• Within 30 days: Full stay charges, including taxes, apply

• Reservations made under promotional offers requiring 100% advance payment are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable.

• Failure to check in will result in charges as per the above cancellation policy or full cost of stay.

• As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card with address proof at the time of check-in.
• Indian Nationals may present any government-issued photo ID with address proof such as:
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
    Note: PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID or address proof.
• Foreign Nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.
• Failure to comply may result in the hotel denying check-in.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving a request for cancellation from the guest, in accordance with the applicable cancellation / no-show policy, the Hotel will contact the bank to initiate the refund process.

We generally process eligible refunds within 3–5 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. After the refund is processed by us, the amount is typically credited to the customer’s bank account / card within an additional 2–3 working days, and in most cases the total time for the refund to reflect is 5–7 working days. Actual timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy (for groups of 5 rooms or more)

We will be happy to confirm group reservations (5 rooms or more) against an advance payment or on receipt of a valid credit card number and card expiry date.

Child Policy

The number of children allowed in each room type is different and can be checked at the time of booking the rooms.

Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child’s bed can be placed in a room, which will be provided at no additional charge.

If a child is 12 years of age or above, an extra bed shall be provided at an additional cost.

No Smoking

The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the Hotel except in designated guest rooms or other specifically marked smoking areas (if any).

This room booking Site is provided and hosted for us by our technology partner eZee Optimus, a hospitality software platform provided by Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“Yanolja Cloud Solution”), which operates the online booking engine for us and processes your information as our service provider. When you make an online room booking through this Site, your information is also shared with Razorpay, our payment gateway provider, for the purpose of processing your payment. We may also share your information with other third party service providers to provide services in relation to our business as well as to help us improve our products and services. Any such parties will need to agree to comply with our privacy requirements before we provide them with information. Because some of these service providers are located in other countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you are located; in such cases we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your information. Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments for online bookings made through this room booking Site. We do not store your card data on our own servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved by us.
