Data Collected: eZee Technosys collects your personal information that you provide in order to create your guest profile at the hotel. eZee Technosys further collects the following data automatically from your device when you use the guest portal:
1. Your IP addressLegal Basis for Collection: eZee Technosys has an agreement with the hotel to provide the Guest Portal in order to provide hotel services to you. For eZee the guest portal to work, we need to collect your information. Your agreement with the hotel provides the legal basis for processing your data.
Sharing of Data: eZee Technosys shares the information you provide with the hotel when you create your profile. The hotel may send you (email or SMS) reservation confirmation and other promotional messages for their sole purposes. eZee Technosys does not hold any liability for the data the hotel processes, done for the hotel’s sole promotional or transactional purposes. eZee Technosys will not sell your data to, or share your data with, third parties.
Length and Location of Stored Data: eZee Technosys will keep your data as it is obligated to keep it under the Data Retention laws in place in the country where their servers are located, which are secured with relevant encryption methods and firewall security. eZee Technosys will not transfer your data at any other location, unless required under the data protection and regulation laws.
Your Data Rights: You have the legal right to receive from the hotel owner a copy of your data, to request that eZee Technosys delete your data or move your data somewhere else.
